Built-in low-power 4G module, supporting real-time video transmission, cloud storage and remote control, combining edge computing technology to achieve local data pre-processing and reduce bandwidth dependence.
ADAS intelligent algorithm:
Integrates L2 level assisted driving functions such as Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), and pedestrian detection, with industry-leading algorithm accuracy and support for continuous OTA upgrades.
Intelligent fragment preprocessing algorithm:
Independently developed dynamic file allocation strategy, using predictive data block pre allocation technology to write frequently overwritten cyclic video data into continuous storage areas, reducing the write amplification factor of storage cards to 1.2 times (industry average of 1.8 times).
Design of power abnormal protection:
Optimize the energy storage module to provide continuous power supply for more than 200ms in case of sudden power failure, ensuring the complete preservation of current written sector data.
Full process design service system
A professional R&D team of 50 people includes full process services such as ID design, structure design, software design, hardware design, APP design, 4G platform design, etc., which can help customers provide complete OEM/ODM services from concept sketches to mass production.
ID and structural design: covering industrial design, mechanical structure, and thermal simulation fields, supporting IP67 waterproof, dustproof, and seismic structural design.
Hardware design: Based on mainstream video SOC solutions, combined with multiple image sensors, optimized power management and EMC design, optimized low-noise design, providing a driving recorder product that can pass vehicle level testing.
Software design: Deep customization of embedded Linux/RTOS systems, capable of implementing H.265/H.264 dual encoding engines, supporting 4K@60fps Encoding and outputting multiple streams simultaneously can achieve WDR/HDR wide dynamic range algorithm, optimizing the dynamic range of backlit scenes.
AI image enhancement technology can be used to enhance brightness, dehazing, denoising, and sharpening in dark environments using convolutional neural networks, thereby improving image quality.
Develop a loop recording engine that supports segmented storage triggered by time/event, with a file system fragmentation rate of less than 5%.
APP ecosystem construction: independently developed cross platform (iOS/Android) applications, supporting voice control, video editing, social sharing and other functions, integrating blockchain technology to ensure data privacy and security.
